Hammersley Architecture produced and released a Chicago Promenade Plan in May 2020 to address and respond to the concerns of many Chicago residents and their need to get outside during this unprecedented time of pandemic.  Our proposal analyzed population density and available roadways on sites in Chicago and made suggestions on extended pedestrian & cyclist only streets.  We collected data through a widely-circulated survey (thank you, Block Club Chicago!) to make further assessments on what neighborhoods wanted for relief.  Please visit our website to see survey results & to review the full plan!
